I have been playing with it a lot but really in the end it seems to be a problem on my webhosts end. I have sent a few emails back and forth with them the last couple days and I am waiting on them now again.

Well, there was this "blank guy" who didn't have an account, but could PM us anyway. So maybe you could make it so people who don't have accounts can't just PM.

yaa thts annoying, this "blank guy" sends me messages saying to shut up n saying random letters...its really annoying and it pisses me off cause i cant reply...soo make "PMing" for members only, visitors and make an account and then start talking...
