You CAN have a talk online just if you havent noticed... Not many people are playing. I get on offen when someone new is there so i can ask em if they want help or if thay want to join the koppa shell clan.

So you make a whole bunch of pictures of ur person (Like their walking "Sprites" or standing "Sprites") then you put it all in one big picture called a sprite sheet. then you post ur pic on something like photo bucket or something. then fill out this thing... When you make a post, I think you can click "Attach a file?" like this:

Second the server is down if u haven't notessed dummy.

I have a couple of answers to the server down thing. They may or may not be true.
1. Wormy is playing a big trick on us
2. Wormy has been killed
3. Wormy's computer broke
4. Wormy has been abducted by aliens
5. Wormy thinks this games stupid and is working a new game called "Wormy rocks your buttocks"
6. Willed has glitched CND so that wormy cant fix it.
7. Wormy is real annoyed with one of us so he wont fix it.
8. He is just to lazy
9. Hes to busy with something else
10. Hes trying to find a new picture for himself (A zebra dosent really make u look cool)Listen to this guys!

This is a common issue. You just gotta wait until the game page says "The server is down. would you like to PLAY IN ONLINE MODE?".
