  New character votes: week 3
  Week 3-Top 5
  Rest of the month-Top 3

  Ike-1
  Emerl-2
  Waddle Dee-2
  Goku-0
  Snake-0

So, it's almost the top 3 votes. Still sticking with Ike. Removed Bowser Jr. because we don't need another Mario character for now. Would've removed Emerl instead but he's been WAY too popular for now to be removed.

Next month, there's gonna be themed votes: 2 per week. Yes, they will be weekly. That will be to celebrate summer!
