    I don't think it's James. He came back after the Blank Guy's beginning. It's technically impossible. Marioman said he won't log in to often. He said he's not Blazeakin. Black_Rabbit seems like an option but it seems that he wants to hunt him. I think it's Willeyd.

    Yep, he must be the pikachu though because it is impossible to send mail via the toad account.
